Very nice write up appreciate the context. Any thoughts on the warrants vs the stock at this point. Also is there an incentive for the company to keep the stock price below the $11.50 mark to continue to suck up those warrants at cheaper costs.
Warrants are pretty illiquid so only actionable for individuals and small funds.
I agree it would be nice to keep the price low for a while to take out as much warrants out as possible, but don’t really see how the Company would be able to manipulate the market like that. Makes sense in theory, much harder in practice
